Our Founder

Goddess Bodies was founded by Iro Dimitrakopoulos as a return to a way of living she was raised within.

Coming from a Greek background and shaped deeply by her mother Maro and grandmother, Iro grew up around holistic practices long before they were formalized or commercialized. Oils were used with intention. Food was treated as medicine. Movement was maintenance. Rest was sacred.

In 2017, after drifting away from her body, health, and rituals, she returned to that foundation — and Goddess Bodies was born.

What began as a single, generational hair oil has grown into a ritual-based lifestyle brand rooted in ancestral wisdom and modern European standards.

Iro’s work is guided by one principle:
to care for the body is not indulgence — it is responsibility.
