Orange Dream Smoothie

This is a great brunch smoothie because it‘s dense in nutrients.

high in carbs, protein and fat!

I try to use frozen fruits because it helps keep my shakes thicker!

Tip: if you freeze your banana after the peel starts to blacken your smoothies will be much sweeter!

(serves 2)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup fresh mandarin slices (take out the seeds) if you’re too lazy to take the seeds out you can sub this with orange slices

  • 1 cup frozen papaya

  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk (sometimes I do half and half)

  • 1 handful ice cubes

top with grated ginger and serve!
