Fruits before bed?

In Greece, fruits after dinner are always served! So even tho it’s an unpopular time to have fruits here in the United States .... we believe fruits before bed should be a thing! Cherries are highly nutritious and offer a host of health benefits from reducing inflammation to boosting heart health and helping speed up recovery time after exercise. The Key one here is that they contain melatonin which can help aid in sleep!

Watermelon- This popular summer fruit is low in calories, but also high in potentially libido-boosting phytonutrients. :)

It’s also rich in lycopene, which will help the body burn fat, while helping build lean muscle.

Peaches- help boost metabolism, high in fiber and great for your skin!

In the perfect world, we don’t eat after 7pm. but we like to live in a way that we can still enjoy our lives - so Instead of ice cream, we opt for fruits!
