Livingreencuisine Chia Seed Pudding

If you can get over the texture you should definitely try making this chia pudding! This is great for breakfast or even as a snack. Like oatmeal you can top it with anything, your favorite dried or fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds. It's also super filling, easy to make and relativity inexpensive.

Mix 2 cups of any non-dairy milk, a tsp. of vanilla extract, 3 tbsp pure maple syrup (or any liquid sweetener), and 1/2 cup chia seeds. This is a the basic recipe for Chia pudding, from here you can add peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, or jam just to name a few!
