The Easiest Protein Filled Breakfast

Vanilla/chocolate proats with 1/3 of a banana and your choice of dairy-free milk!





so how to make proats?

it‘s super easy!



vanilla:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup oat milk

1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 serving of protein

dash of coconut sugar optional*


chocolate:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup oat milk

1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 serving of protein (chocolate)

1 teasp raw cacao

dash of coconut sugar optional*

Leave this in your fridge overnight and the next morning you can prep your breakfast and 2 minutes - literally!

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 tablespoon chocolate

1/3 of a banana sliced

top with granola

pour unsweetened almond milk ontop and you’re all set!
