Detoxing with Iro!
Detoxing :The release of toxins can put stress on your body and may cause you to feel unwell. (Herxheimer reaction)
Detoxification: is often so challenging that people put off a regimen, or stop soon after they've begun. Many individuals feel worse before they feel better.
Symptoms can include exhaustion, irritability, achiness, flulike symptoms, diarrhea, rashes, sweats, chills, crying jags, insomnia, and more.
So where did I, Iro Dimitrakopoulos, start?
1st and foremost - I cut off anything that made me feel unwell after eating it ( stomach pains, bathroom runs,) and also anything that made me feel sluggish.
Some examples are: cheese, meat, coffee, cigarettes. Yes I used to smoke. How gross.
Working out - working out naturally releases toxins.
I incorporate the sauna OR steam room after every workout. This might not work for everybody but for me, it’s a must!
I stretch in there (sauna/ steam room), even do squats and different arm exercises.. with of course my Goddess Hair Serum in my hair!
Supplements - I detox every 2 months with an all natural detox you can find on my website.
There’s also the FULL Detox which goes more in depth and supports cleansing and filtering functions of the liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, and skin.*
I do this one after Holidays Instead of the basic one because I tend to eat, drink and indulge. 🙃
I also take probiotics - so important.
Omg I cannnnot stress this enough.
Probiotics crowd out hostile microbes (like bad bacteria and yeasts) so they can’t grow and multiply. They bind to heavy metals so they can be safely flushed out, restore intestinal integrity. And the List goes on and on especially if you’re using a high quality probiotics. Some of my favorites:

Chemicals ..... are not going to help your body become healthier. PERIOD. Spend the Extra $1 and if your husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, mom has a problem ... educate them on why this is important.
